This area of professional commercial driving includes the Motor coach, Transit, and Para-Transit bus and van drivers. Employment options include the state of Connecticut/CT Transit; cities/towns who either have their own public transportation system or are contracted with a private transit provider; hospitals, convalescent facilities, motor coach companies, colleges, private businesses, casinos, airport transportation servers, etc. Newly graduated students that wish to become Transit and Para-Transit drivers within the aforementioned opportunities may be required to be at hold least a CDL "B" license, and obtain a Passenger Endorsement. This field offers much flexibility employment-wise, due to the need of Transit/Para-transit users utilizing this form of transportation to arrive/depart from/to their place of employment, shopping, education, etc
